This project was centered around the design of the logotype and visual identity for PNOE, a collection of luxury villas located in Tavronitis area in Crete. The primary logotype for “PNOE” was crafted with custom lettering that embodies a blend of simplicity and elegance. The typography is sleek and modern, with clean lines and subtle curves, reflecting the minimalistic yet luxurious design of the villas. A neutral and earthly color palette was chosen to complement the villas’ natural surroundings and enhance the essence of luxury. The design balances contemporary style with a timeless feel, ensuring it resonates with the high-end market.
The custom lettering designed for the PNOE logotype serves as the foundation for the entire visual identity. This elegant and refined typography was applied consistently across all villa names – ALAS (salt), ETHERAS (air), and LITHOS (stone) – creating a cohesive and unified brand identity.
