The name “Elaia,” an archaic form of the Greek word for “olive” (Ελιά), reflects the restaurant’s focus on natural ingredients and its connection to the rich, local landscape. The design aimed to highlight these values through the use of olive green tones and elegant, nature-inspired visuals.
